Microgreens are harvested after sprouting as shoots, that are used both as a visual and flavor component in a dish. Microgreens can be used everyday in a variety of simple recipes. With their delicate textures and distinctive flavors they will enhance any meal. The Sprouter is deep enough to germinate almost all grains. It consists of 3 independent pieces, all made out of ceramic: the water collector and two grain containers (where the sprouting takes place).
