Prepare cleanly peeled, whole cloves quickly and easily without smashing them. Roll up into a tube with 1-3 cloves inside. Press downward while rolling the peeler back and forth until the clove is peeled. Keep the garlic smell off your hands.
Great to use as a non-slip grip for opening jars.
